really great service!! staff replies fast and friendly, and the place is well run and clean. when i asked for photos to update on her grooming status, they were really happy to give me the peace of mind. beanie smelled so great after the session too hehe will 10/10 recommend to anyone whos considering, price is reasonable, and they rlly take care of ur pets !!

It’s my cat first time to a cat hotel because we are away for 4 nights. My cat is very scared of everything. They manage to update me from time to time how my cat is doing, I feel a sense of relieved. The staff there even feed my cat from their fingers because my cat doesn’t eat much and still scared 😱 I can say that I am very impressed and satisfied and you guys deserved this 5 star review.
