It’s my cat first time to a cat hotel because we are away for 4 nights. My cat is very scared of everything. They manage to update me from time to time how my cat is doing, I feel a sense of relieved. The staff there even feed my cat from their fingers because my cat doesn’t eat much and still scared 😱 I can say that I am very impressed and satisfied and you guys deserved this 5 star review. The greatest service you can get and the most responsible Cat Hotel ever. I boarded my 3 fur-babies here, after few hours suddenly my unknowingly pregnant cat got sick. They manage the whole admitting process, getting runner to bring her to vet and keep updating the progress. I felt relieved that they able to manage that and not expecting me to come back to get her. Thank you so much. More, the place is so nice and comfy for my babies!

really great service!! staff replies fast and friendly, and the place is well run and clean. when i asked for photos to update on her grooming status, they were really happy to give me the peace of mind. beanie smelled so great after the session too hehe will 10/10 recommend to anyone whos considering, price is reasonable, and they rlly take care of ur pets !!

Friendly, patient and attentive staff. Overall environment is very clean. Price is cheap too. Staff will keep you updated with pictures via whatsapp of your fur baby's grooming process. Highly recommended and will definitely come back every month for sure ! Love here ! #oyen
